What should I do if my order has not arrived?

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of the dispatch date, please contact us and we will endeavour to trace your delivery or send a replacement.

What happens if my product arrives damaged or becomes faulty?

In the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged or faulty, customers should contact Customer Services within a reasonable time of receipt to report the problem.

Customers will be sent a replacement product along with a pre-paid label to return the damaged or faulty item. For larger items we may arrange a collection via a courier service. However, customers will be informed of this when they contact customer services.

If you require a refund rather than a replacement please advise when you submit your return request.

Can I place an order by telephone?

No , we currently only accept orders via the website online. This ensures we are able to keep costs low and pass these savings on to you through our prices.

What payment methods do you accept ?

We accept PayPal and all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro.

Is your website safe and secure ?

Yes , we have a secured website through Geo Trust to process payments . We also employ enhanced security using Verified By Visa and Mastercard Securecode.

Will my order require a signature upon delivery?

For most orders a signature will not be required , however if your order is of a high value e.g over £50 then a signature will be required upon delivery

Do you have a simple returns policy?

Yes, You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

If you registered for an account when you ordered , you can also follow the returns process in your account.

Do you sell my personal data to other companies ?
